It is due on the 1st with a grace period till 5:00 pm on the 5th. Any payments made after the 5th at 5:00 pm will be late and we are unable to waive late fees. There is a feature that is automatic payments and as always you can call the office to see if the rent has been received.

It is as long as the property is ready for the next tenant upon your move out. There is a check list that will be given to you at time of move in and move out. You will also have the move in inspection that you completed at time of move in that you will be able to compare side by side.

All homes have different policies on pets. You must get permission from the owner. In the event there is a pet on premises with out permission you can face the risk of eviction, and fees. Some owners are highly allergic and maybe coming back to the property and if they do not allow pets could harm them when they move back.

What is the pet fee?

Some properties is strongly enforced no pets. Other's have a 1 time non-refundable pet fee ranging between $350-$500 per pet.

Yes you do. Owners are not responsible for any personal items or finding new accommodation for you and your family in the event that there is a natural disaster or an insurance claim. You will need to maintain the renters insurance and also add us as also insured in the event of a natural disaster, or loss and you may not be able to make the claim.

As always these are just the most common questions and for more details please contact your property manager.
